The Falls at Ogunquit is part of InnSeason resorts and is located in a charming Maine seaside town. Maintenance fee isn't due until 2020 and the unit seems to have decent trade value. In the past we've traded this unit for ski weeks at different New England resorts, a trip to Las Vegas, and a ski week in Oregon.

Every other year is a nice way to get your feet wet if you want to give timesharing a try! It worked great for us until we moved to Seattle. Maintenance fee for 2020 is $527.95 (no maintenance fees in odd years). We'll split closing costs with a qualified buyer.

Sorry about the delay! It's a fixed week, week 13. The InnSeason network wanted us to convert to points a few years ago, but we haven't. I don't know if that's still a possibility with them.

It's a 1 bedroom and we've always traded through II, but in the past few years all InnSeason resorts literature references RCI.
