Biennial Even, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, Grand. Sleeps 4. Full Kitchen.

Float weeks are 1-51. Can split usage into a 3 day stay and a 4 day stay.

Maintenance fees are $910 on usage year.

All start in 2020.
