Enjoy a week at Attitash Mountain Village or three other locations as part of the Taranova Vacation Program. The units at Attitash are 2BR/2bath units in Attitash Mountain Village, just across the street from the ski hill. All are fully furnished and equipped for your vacation week. This timeshare membership can be used any week of the year (week 1 to 52) at Attitash or resorts in Myrtle Beach, Lake Tahoe or Costa Rica or can be deposited and exchanged with RCI.
The annual maintenance fee is $699 (that's just $100 per night). Buyers choice of first year of use and fee - 2018 or 2019. Current reservation in place for 12/22 or 12/29/2018 arrival at Attitash.
You will be purchasing the Right to Use the timeshare at any of these locations for 1 week per year for the next 20 years.
Total closing and transfer costs should be $799, which will be paid by the buyer directly to Taranova.
