This has been a great week for me and I have gotten amazing trades as well as used it when traveling to Yellowstone. It trades with RCI, II, SFX, and others.

2018 MF are 661.00 and is paid

I have not made a reservation yet for 2018. The MF are paid and I can deposit 2018 into my RCI account and you can start in 2019 or you can pay back the MF and I will reserve you a week in 2018.

Two bedroom red floating weeks are the best ones to have IMHO

It used to be called Island Park Village now it is called Timbers at Island Park.

Its red so I can reserve any week I usually get a summer week and for 2018 that 24 points from RCI.

I went to their website and looked at it - looks nice. If DH was retired I'd be tempted, but we have way too many timeshares at this point.
