Spinnaker French Quarter Resort Branson
We have decided to increase our ownership with Marriott and find we no longer need this particular unit in Branson MO.
It is a 2 bedroom Loft unit so you are always on the top floor. It has 3 full bathrooms including one in the loft area. It is NOT a lock-off unit. It's perfect for family's or grandparents with grandchildren. The resort is managed by Spinnaker resorts. Spinnaker does a great job of keeping MF's low. Our last MF in 2018 was only $620.
It is a floating week 10-52 high season.
It is an RCI affiliated resort but it is NOT in the RCI points program.
The resort is located within walking distance of an Olive Garden and iHop restaurant. There is a Cracker Barrel directly across the street. The location also has exits onto the traffic by-pass roads so you don't have to be stuck in busy HWY 76 Country Music Blv. traffic.
French Quarter has one of the nicer pool decks in Branson with a large children's pool area, 2 hot tubs, gas and charcoal grilling areas and playground. There is a small onsite fitness area as well.
This is a nice resort with low MF's but, with increasing our Marriott ownership we have easy access into Marriott's Branson resort. It's also down to just the two of us vacationing in Branson now so, we just don't need this large of a unit.
Seller (me) will pay ALL transfer fee's. I believe Spinnaker will require an advance payment of $750 which will be credited to future MF's. We will pay this fee, which should make your first year of ownership absolutely free (so long as the 2020 MF is less than $750).
Here is a link to our photo album from our last stay at the resort in 2018. We had a unit in the coveted building 4 (building 3 and 4 overlook the pool area, otherwise there is no real view).
