Access to all SVC Resorts & Affiliated Resorts: A request for any other Shell Vacations Club resort may be made at 276 (about 9 months) days with a minimum night stay of 2 nights.
YOUR TOTAL DUE WILL BE: 6 Months Reimbursement of Annual Fees ($336.52) + Resort Transfer Fee of $275 + Jan 2010 through March 2010 Fees ($193.77).
You may use any licensed escrow company to handle the transaction at your own cost (approx $300-$400). I can provide you with some companies I've worked with in the past successfully if you request. Alternatively, you can pay the entire amount due up front and SVC will handle the transfer within their $275 fee. A non-refundable $200 deposit is due within 3 days of auction close and payable via Paypal if you choose to use an escrow company and the balance of funds required will be deposited in escrow and managed by them. Your annual fees are due in January yearly (or you may pay monthly through SVC for an additional fee of $6 I believe but please verify with SVC directly if interested about alternate payment options).
