Yes, stated start sales in early 18 and expect to open the first phase in fourth quarter of 18. This project is going to be a higher price product than others at Waikoloa.

I’ll be there in the summer. Hopefully they have a model and I can snap some pics.

They have parking under the existing building. But...basically the north row is dedicated to the old building that was in the site. Also, at the end (ocean side) they have a couple of spaces blocked for storage. People, in August, were parking all the way in front of the lobby, by the entrance to the property, and in the overflow parking across the street.

Not sure how many units they are building, but parking will be bad news...
