Fiesta Americana - Cabo and HGVC website

So I'm perusing the website and I see the listing for the FA Los Cabos AI Golf and Spa Resort
It lists: Studio, 1 BR and 2 BR LO

It has availability (Feb 2019)
Then below that I see 1 more resort, but segregated by room type???

Is that normal?
(I noticed a Puerto Vallarta one below it as well with similar things)

I'm guessing these are never available?
(I went from today through march of 2019 and nothing ever showed up)?

The Grand Fiesta Americana Los Cabos AI Golf and Spa with the Deluxe-DBL room category is the hotel section of the FA resort in Los Cabos. There the AI is mandatory, I believe.

The regular section with Studio, 1BR and 2BR LO units is the timeshare section and there the AI is optional as I recall.

You are correct. AI is mandatory in the hotel section. $80 a night. Optional in the villas.

We took the option in March because we were with a group of friends and knew we would all be consuming a few adult beverages.

Breakfasts were awesome.
Lunch was very good.
Dinners were hit and miss.
Mixed drinks were good if you ordered exactly what you wanted. Beer is beer. House wines were awful.

Overall $80 was worth it considering our pool days alone and unless you have a car, cab service to town is brutally expensive.
