Looking to exchange into a family friendly resort for young children preferably by an ocean with many activities for children and some free time for parents. any suggestions
thank you for suggestions, keep them coming. You might narrow your search a bit. Like. Which ocean? How old and how many children? Do you need day care? What kind of activities for the kids & adults? Exchange? Price range? Date range?
thank you for your reply. we have been there many times . Love the bounce house for the kids. Also the shows in the evening at the hotel. We are actually going the week after Easter for a week. School in NJ is out.Being close and not near the Ocean you might have already investigated this, but I've been looking very closely at Villa Roma Resort in Callicoon, NY. Not to far from you or me for that matter. They seem to have a ton of kid oriented activities, as well as live entertainment and adult activities.
thank you for your reply. We will check into it. appreciate you responding. No ocean but Smugglers Notch in Vermont is great for families and specializes in making kids happy. Several pools and water slides and such. Lakes in the area as well. Sightseeing, too. Great programming- you and the kids will never be bored. They also have camps- kids and adults. They have certified child care. They have some adult evening entertainment. A couple of restaurants on site for convenience, a small general store, an ice cream and pizza shop, etc. Small towns nearby also offer the same. And you can drive there from Newton.
You would want to go in summer when the programming begins.
Why we bought there. And- we still go every year even though our son is an adult now.
thank you for your suggestions. will check into them. Is Bransom MO kids friendly? I though it was a lot of shows. You want the king as far as trading power, at least in RCI, with the coastal/summer.
I'd have to know what you're trading with to properly advise you on the feasibility of your trade.
Resorts of the type you seek are plentiful in places like Massanutten VA and Bransom MO year round, and I second the strong recommendation of SN, but that also requires some TP in the summer.
thank you for your suggestions. I added more info. BTW, does VYou might narrow your search a bit. Like. Which ocean? How old and how many children? Do you need day care? What kind of activities for the kids & adults? Exchange? Price range? Date range?

thank you for reply. We have been to the Ocean Club. Enjoyed it. Was unable to go to the lazy river at the Surf Club. Cannot use eachothers facilities. Yes I agree though, less crowded than the surf club especially at the beach.Smuggs would have been my suggestion to - kids camps, activities for all. But they trade with RCI.
II - I will offer up either of the Marriotts in Aruba. Even though Surf Watch is more kid friendly - I still prefer Ocean Club with kids. Not as crowed and we just go to Surf for the kids stuff.
