Two bedroom lockout. Week 26 Fairways of the Mountains at Lake Lure, NC. Usually July 4.
Can be deposited in both RCI and II. II gives a bonus week for each deposit. Two one bedrooms equals two regular deposits and two bonus weeks to use.

New Owner can begin first usage in 2019 with buyer to pay closing costs/transfer fees or can begin first usage in 2020. MFs $798.

According to the deposit calculator each 1 bdrm would receive 19 TPU's (38 total). I haven't personally deposited this week with RCI as I have always used it to trade with Interval but it is nice to have the option of either exchange company.
