Anybody else having problems contacting the Explorer people by phone? Every time we call we get a message stating to call back the next business day even though I am calling during business hours. I finally called Westin Vistana to see what is up and they put me through to someone in that department, only to be given a voice mail message. All I want to do is complete half of the payments so we can get the Staroptions credited tied to the Explorer package before August 1st.
