Anybody else having problems contacting the Explorer people by phone? Every time we call we get a message stating to call back the next business day even though I am calling during business hours. I finally called Westin Vistana to see what is up and they put me through to someone in that department, only to be given a voice mail message. All I want to do is complete half of the payments so we can get the Staroptions credited tied to the Explorer package before August 1st.

Just tried again and got through. The Starpoints will be credited within 2 weeks, right before they are all converted x3 into Marriott points!! Plus used the American Express card for extra points on the charge. Love points!

Just tried again and got through. The Starpoints will be credited within 2 weeks, right before they are all converted x3 into Marriott points!! Plus used the American Express card for extra points on the charge. Love points!
I suspect that if they were to be credited after the 8/1 date, they would still credit them at the x3 ratio.
