Sent an inquiry about buying a Wyndham timeshare and received an e-mail back from deedbackmd.resale. Has anyone heard of this company? Any advice would be much appreciated. Thanks.

is that a website? its not a valid one

is also not a valid email?

there are countless wyndham resales available for sale by owner without having to deal with an unknown company.

Responded to an ad on TUG for timeshare resale. Was contacted by Breanne Poynter from Deedbackmd, who said she was “doing a friend a favor.”
Advertised sale for $1.00, *buyer to pay all closing costs. We agreed upon sale via e mail, then soon after, Breanna contacted me and said they had another buyer willing to pay closing costs of $500. Bait and switch? At the very least, unethical. Never got copy of deed or any information requested and didn’t feel like this “deal” if it ever happened, would be completed in a timely manner.
Within span of two days, bought through another seller, had all paperwork, notarized purchase contract, copy of deed, etc. He even set up 3 way calling to assist with reservation for next year!
Lesson? Don’t be fooled by “professional” who changes sale into bidding war and find an honorable seller.

The same person is still listing, now under Express Closing LLC, a new entity (less than a year old) - see ad #216073. She just responded to my inquiry. The price is suspiciously low with seller paid closing and looking at this thread, I'm not going to touch it. Highly unlikely to pass ROFR anyways.... just lost two attempted buys of platinum Shadow Ridge Villages weeks to Marriott at mid-$2k.

This is a great company to deal with. Bought 7 timeshare from them for over $20K. I would buy from her anytime.

Onee time we had an issue but they made it up to me.
