This is my observation of how HGVC is doing estoppel now.

If you get an Estoppel for information only, then you see all points information for current/saved and future years.

If you get an Estoppel with a waiver ( with the contract specifying use year as 2020 ) you don't get to to see current/saved points information.

So the estoppel only provides information about the points for the user year specified in the contract and in the future.

In the past estoppel always provided information complete information , but looks like HGVC is using this opportunity to sweep those points if not specified in the contract.

So, my recommendation for any future buyers is to always specify the current year as the use year in the contract if you don't have any information about the points OR if you know that there are leftover points then specify them in the contract so that the estoppel will reflect the same.
