Seems like Purchases through Third Party or Private Sale ownership change fee went down and is the same as developer purchases. Interesting, wonder why they decided to do that as it is more fair to resales. They must have a reason but I don’t know it or it’s an error and will be updated soon.

Some of the affiliate resorts, like the SW Florida resorts and Bay Club, are not mandatory. You do not have to join HGVC.

It is missing a line item for private party resale which was in 2018.
I have a feeling that went up as well to $609.00

My eBay purchase of an EOY Anderson Ocean Club 1BR+ that cleared ROFR (discussed in another thread) is supposedly being processed now and started the process in 2019. I will report back on the activation fee if no one else finds out first. In my experience even after the new account processes, it can take some time for the fees to show up.
