Their prices (CJ Timeshares) sure have gone up, prices were better. Now he seems to be either on the high side or over-priced. These are specific resorts that I keep an eye on, not everything.

CJ has several aliases
I bought my first timeshare from Laman34 or 43Namel (same person) which is now CJ. One "hiccup" but they fixed it to my satisfaction. My second timeshare was from Pricelessvacations (IIRC) and it is the same group (CJ). The 2nd one went fine. In both cases I found the people at CJ to be pleasant to deal with as were the people at their closing company. I typically called them once a week or more (yes, I'm a type A....).
In both cases I thought that the close took longer than I was planning, but perhaps that is a case of my own impatience. Everything worked out fine in the end.
BTW, I read another comment that their prices are going up. Perhaps that is a (good) sign that we have are passing a market bottom and are building a base.

I also purchased from Laman34 a few years ago when everyone was dumping Bay Club because of an assessment. Most listings wanted the SA paid but I found one that didn't list it, and I was the only bidder. I half expected it to come up before closing but everything went without a hitch. I only did it because it was so cheap, $299 for eoy, I doubt if I would use eBay for any amount I was not comfortable losing.

I closed mine with redweeks4less. I think they are PCC too. Closing was painfully slow and at one time they were planning to refund me since they had some issues getting signature from owner. At the end it did close and I am now happy owner.
