Has a load of high end timeshare for sale but only one private feedback from selling. All other feedback as a buyer.

This is a very bad signs as the seller is out of Tennessee.

Several of his feedbacks as a buyer use the exact same words, even though the sellers are different. I don't know how he could fake that but it does look funny.

I see this seller sold a Hyatt Hacienda Del Mar, which the MF's listed are completely misrepresented. I dealt with another seller on this same property(timesharemommy29), she listed the same property with the same misrepresentation. I spoke directly to Hyatt and the told me that the low M/Fs are temporary due to the hurricane but they will go back up to more than double, probably next year. Anyway, the seller was extremely rude and dishonest I reported her to EBay and they sided with me in the situation. I am wondering if she changed her screen name or something because she had more than one negative on her account. Just a thought.
