Mandatory transfers. Non mandatory have home resort only and you need to use II for trading purposes.

Banked star options do not transfer. You only get the star options for the mandatory week you're buying. If the seller has paid the MF for the year and hasn't used the star options, you get use of the star options until the end of the use year. We did this for 2 weeks bought of SVV and had a great 10 night Cancun vacation for the price of the resell! The seller had 100k banked star options also, and they disappeared with the sell and transfer.
