Do I have a chance at passing ROFR?

I recently bought a resale Pinon Pointe 1BR Platinum that yields 1320 points on eBay. I paid $2200 for it including closing costs. We agreed for the seller to pay closing so that the purchase price appeared to be higher. It was submitted to Hyatt today. Do you think that it will pass ROFR? I am moving from RCI to II for better quality trades and I think this Hyatt unit should make for an excellent trader. Thank you and have a nice weekend!

Based on reports, I know they have been exercising ROFR 2 BR Diamond units (2200 pts.) here at $11k and EOY at $5k. I would think they probably would exercise ROFR on this, but who knows..

My silver 2br passed at the price close to yours, but not sure if platinum is likely to pass. They've been actively buying back diamond and some platinum weeks lately.

Being it is lower point value and a 1 br maybe you will get lucky. Please let us know when you find out. Good luck.
