Property taxes are a part of maintenance fees assessed to members, so that makes sense.

I don't see any logical connection to park ticket costs, though.

This won't lower ticket prices, but will probably slow the rate of increases slightly.

A doubling of tax on a property the size of WDW would be a big pill to swallow.

I think agree with Disney's position as well. I'm not sure they should have to pay tax on their intellectual property, just their physical assets.
