Developer not paying maintenance on owned intervals

Has your timeshare association ever taken action to get developer to pay his share of maintenance?

What if the developer doesn't pay any portion of maintenance for his retained intervals? Are there instances where owners have found recourse to compel payment to an association?

We own in 5 systems and 2 independent resorts and have never experienced this issue. First ownership in 1988.

What if the developer doesn't pay any portion of maintenance for his retained intervals? Are there instances where owners have found recourse to compel payment to an association?
Is there a specific example that you are aware of where the developer is not paying the MFs on owned units or at least not covering the guranty (like in Florida)?
