I stupidly deposited my 2017 2br unit as a lockout and am trying to get a 2 bedroom for spring break 2019. Do I have to call Interval or is there a way to put in my requests online? TIA

If you have split the unit up, you cannot combine it back in II. You may search for resorts with only 2BR and hope that II agents will call you if they find a match and collect the upsize fee, or you may manually search for a 2BR and when/if you find one to exchange into, pay the upsize fee.

If you just deposited it within the last 24 hour you might be able to get the deposit back and then depending on the developer, you would need to call them to reserve the full 2 BR and then deposit that. If it is beyond a day you are probably stuck with the two portions of the lock off. You can request any resort but it will only automatically match with something the same size (or smaller if you request a smaller size). It might match to a larger unit but then II would need to contact you and you would have to pay the upgrade fee. You would also need to check daily to make sure you reject any matches for smaller units within 24 hrs of the match. You can also manually check daily or at least regularly while having an ongoing search or you could choose not to set up an ongoing search and only search manually.

See the year... it is a 2017 week so the deposit would have been last year.
