I'm trying to deposit my Ka'anapali Beach Club week for late August, and while the website shows ownership, I am not seeing a "deposit now" button like I usually do. Has the website changed or am I missing something?

If you view "my units" next to the unit you wish to deposit there is a big blue button that says Deposit Unit. If you don't see it, maybe time to call II to find out why.

There is no blue button so I'm not sure what's going on. But, as luck has it, yesterday afternoon my sister decided she wants us to go to Hawaii together, so I think I'll use it after all :)

Several years ago, I had something similar occur with a S ands of Ka hana, a So le il managed property (spaces intentionally added) timeshare. No deposit button. In order to deposit, I was supposed to call the mgmt company, have THEM select a week that they wanted to get rid of and deposit it for me. I didn't like it because I could not select a high demand week and I wasn't guaranteed what the "shelf life" would be of my deposit. As I recall, some of the deposits that were being made at that time were close to the flex change window. So they had a reduced "shelf life". I complained vociferously to both the mgmt company and to Interval (via Mark D) and then things changed - - returning to how they were before. whew !

So, eventually you may want to call your reservation people and ask them what is going on.
