Most people write the you want a maximum of 1 cent per RCI point for maintenance fees. So if the unit were 30,000, you wouldn't want maintenance fees to be over $300. Something is off with the estoppel.

I called both Massanutten and RCI and they both said to get with the seller because there is def. something wrong with the amount on the brokers page. I haven't heard back from the broker.
