Does anyone have an email address for the concierge at Marriot Waikoloa Beach Resort? Also, does anyone know if there is any shuttle service, to the Waikoloa Village complex for example?

I know, or at least I'm pretty sure, there is a shuttle that services the Waikoloa resort area. But, if you are asking if there is one that goes up to Waikoloa Village up the hill, that I don't know. I don't ever remember hearing of one like that the times we've stayed at the Bay Club and Kohala Suites.

I'm referring to the complex that contains the Hilton, shops, and restaurants.

Then yes, there is a shuttle. I'm sure they will have a map and timetable available at the Marriott.

There is a open air resort trolley/shuttle that runs within the Waikoloa Beach Resort. The stops are Hilton Waikoloa Village Lower Lobby, Waikoloa Beach Marriott, Queens' Marketplace and Kings' Shops.

Here is a little more information:

SHUTTLE SERVICE
Provides transportation within Waikoloa Beach Resort. Operates daily from 10:00 a.m. - 10:00 p.m. Rates vary: Children under 4 are FREE, children 5-12 are $1 and $2 for Adults. Stops at Kings' Shops, Queens' MarketPlace, Waikoloa Beach Marriott Resort & Spa and Hilton Waikoloa Village lower lobby.
