or maybe she was telling you what she thought you wanted to hear. You have no written proof or documentation. Just an RCI's agent say so. RCI agents, like many other low level customer service agents give out incorrect information all the time and I don't know that I would risk losing 11 extra months just to save an extra month.
Yep, and I didn't say what I did or didn't do, nor did I advise anyone to do anything. Just reporting what I heard. Literally.
