Closing Attorney for Aruba

Can someone recommend a closing attorney for Aruba? Thank You!!

We didn't use an attorney when we bought the condo. There's no real need to. The Notary takes care of everything.

I've owned my unit for 20 years in Aruba and selling it. I emailed my resort for info and thought I'd reach out to Tug folks.
Question did you purchase from your resort or owner? Did you have any closing costs?

The transfer fee is $150..
You can request the transfer paperwork from the resort and it just requires a notary from your bank..

Wegovaca, I also own at LaCabana. I sold a unit at the Playa Linda to a friend of a friend so we had no need for an escrow company. Sorry I can't be of further help.
