Cancel and Rebook

I know all has changed with the cancel and rebook when the new system came to past last year.
I was just wondering if anyone knew do the Wyndham Reps have better access to the inventory?
Meaning do they see it drop in right away or are they seeing what we see?

The party line that most people have gotten is that they use the same system we use, and have no ability to do anymore than we can... ie no ability to force upgrades, hold inventory, grab cancels, etc.

Since May 2017, I have not seen one thing that I could not do that a reservation clerk could do. Except transfer me to Owner Services, where one should not expect much either.

With my account, Vacation Counselors can see what I can see and do what I can do. Nothing more.
