So I went on Monday on a tour and it’s not my first tour but someone they got me. The offered so many bonus points I thought it would be stupid to pass up but I instantly knew I was being dumb. With that being said I sent my rescind letter today. I asked they confirm it in writing and I also sent it certified but I’m worried they will act like they didn’t get it. I ALSO THINK I FORGOT TO SIGN THE LETTER!!! Can anyone tell me how it worked for them please? I just want to assure I know they got it. Should I send it all again with a signature? I’m worried now

Sign the letter, send again ASAP. Won't hurt to have a duplicate. Keep a copy plus proof of mailing. Don't attend any more presentations. I hope you received a good gift for your hassle.

Do send it again. But HGVC are very reasonable with this. They don't play games. I mean, they might if not signed, but I might not even expect that. But I'd stills end it again :)

Cheers.

I also agree that you should send the letter again, certified mail. I would not expect HGV to, however, confirm receiving your letter. You may (probably/most likely) get a call from the salesperson. I wouldn't respond (answer) this call. They are only going to try to talk you out of it. You should only see your deposit back onto your credit card within 45 days (usually shorter).
