Cabo for Christmas help needed All-Inclusive

i have a group of 16 persons(family) that want to go to Cabo San Lucus are for 12/21-12/27.
Does anyone have any suggestions?

Are you a member of Costco? If so, checkout their selection of Cabo destinations.

Because Christmas and New Year's weeks are generally sold as premium weeks by timeshare companies, it would probably be pretty hard to get exchanges for several units that you'd need for 16 people. Maybe this link from tripadvisor would give you some information:

I did a search on Cheap Caribbean.com and they have a few rooms available at Dreams Los Cabos Golf Resort and Spa, Grand Velas, Hard Rock, Sandos Finisterra. If you combine the RCI rooms with the Cheap Caribbean rooms, you may have enough.

Also consider Vacation Express. Apple Vacations, Southwest Vacation, United Vacations and Cheap Caribbean are all owned by the same company but prices could vary some between them.

On Sumday this weekend there is a special clearance for certain timeshares for $ 0.01 each.

The Los Cabos Golf Resort has multiple units for sale:
A 2 bedroom float week
A Studio float week
Two Jr Suite float weeks
An Executive Villa - each a penny.

@jules54 for pennies on the dollar you could have enough timeshares to fit your family, along with a lifetime of maintenance fees.

I know the developer at the Villa Group has holiday inventory for rent. It is more than I would spend but less than I have spent for other destinations.

They have the Villa del Palmar in Cabo. The rooms have recently been renovated.
