How are Worldmark housekeeping tokens filed out based on contract points?

I think I read you get one per 10k points, so if you had two small contacts, say 8k and 7k do you get one for each contact and how much are they?

You get 1 HKC for the first 19,999 Point. You get a 2nd HKC at 20,000 to 20,999 Points, and so on. So if you have the 2 accounts as you listed you would get 1 HKC for each Account. If you combined them you would only get 1 HKC.

The 10,000 Point is for GC. You get 1 GC for the first 10,000 Points and an additional GC for any part of 10,001 to 20,000 and so on.

If you run out of HKC then you will be billed a House Keeping Fee. This fee varies by size of Unit you Reserve.

There is a penalty for having two small accounts vs one....but it's not that significant.
There are many benefits in having two accounts....although the benefits have been reduced by recent changes... (transfer HKT/credits).

The crazy part is HK fee for a studio is more than many other systems charge for a 3 bedroom. People that can use bonus and fax time have HK included, but short stays with points in regular accounts can be cost prohibitive.

Agreed. Still, the cheapest way to enjoy some excellent timeshares....exchange or booking.
