Boulevard MF Clarification

Looking at a few different listings on RedWeek. All annual, two bed units. Some list the MF as $873 while others list it as $1,695-$1,741. Could someone clarify the MF for me please?

What am I missing?

2019 Operating Fee $620.41
2019 Reserve Fee $221.82
2019 Real Estate Tax $30.87
Total without club dues $873.10

Last year it was $844.74-- increase of $28.36 or 3.35% from 2018

So, the first one is correct. The last one looks to me like they are selling 2 2Br (2 x 873 = 1746). Sometimes owners will include the club dues which was $176 for this year into the price but I don't see that.

2020 MF of Boulevard is $899.27.
3% increase from previous year. Not bad.

There’s a Hilton Paradise 5000 Even years for free on Timeshare Nation. Not sure if it’s still available but doesn’t hurt to ask.

Speaking of, I’ve perused TUG (of course!), Redweek and eBay for resales. I’m adding Timeshare Nation to my list. Any other suggestions for reputable resale sites?

(Disclaimer: yes I understand that eBay is hit-or-miss when it comes to “reputable”)
