It will be a deal if Platinum. I have found Platinum for Deserts on the cheap but never WKV

A platinum week? Those usually go for 6K. The shoulder weeks yes. I was going to pick one up for nothing. The seller said points didn’t come with the purchase then sent me information that stated SVV Amelia condominiums on it with a different week and unit number. Was very confusing
I updated.

Update: they sent the deed and mf statement for WKV week 4, all looks correct.

I asked this question in the Vistana forum, but asking here as well. Does week 4 at WKV guarantee a Platinum season week float 1-21,50-52? Unit number does not matter, correct?

Yes, it’s Platinum. WKV is Seasons.

Update. Things are not really moving. The original agent is apparently no longer with the company, and the new agent took over and is telling me they are waiting for the estoppel from Vistana, to determine if they have ROFR. I spoke to the agent by phone and told there is no ROFR on WKV. But they are still waiting for the estoppel.

There are several posts here on TUG from people who had been told WKV is subject to ROFR. So I hope in my case Vistana will not claim that the do. Otherwise it will be a mess.

So no easy WKV Platinum small 1b for $50.

I believe the MVC ROFR template is standard. I have a couple of Platinums for Hyatt and Vistana that we are still waiting on.

There is no ROFR on Kierland.

You will eventually get a Kierland 37000 unit (small 1bd; shoulder season) cheaply. I have bought two of them, one earlier this year. Just be patient and strategic (as you are).

I've seen the deed and mf statement for WKV week 4, so it's 67,100 unit. But I am not confident I will get it in the end.

That would be a steal for $50. It would still be a good deal for $5,000.
