I just scanned sold listings on ebay .
$ 1 - to not much more ( the ones that sold for more / seller paid resort transfer fee and closing costs)
{the only exception. was a contract listed as “premium” / 1-52 weeks -meaning it could book the 4 Mexican Holliday Weeks}
I believe Paradise Village has a resort transfer fee that increases with the number of points in the contract . You will need this information .

On the plus side -Paradise Village seems to have reasonable MF / the flexibility of points /
different seasons have different point costs for the same size unit / and is AI optional .
