Best Number for HGVC Owner Account Services

I need to contact Owner Services about a resale property where the deed has been recorded and sent to them but the points haven't shown up on my account yet.

What is the best number to call?

How long does this typically take?

It seems to take ~ 2-3 weeks (~4 weeks for a welcome kit).
The "best" number seems to depend on where you own.
This is what I found on the members' website:

Thank you! Will give it a try. Hoping that because I am an existing owner that the transition should happen more quickly because we have an account already set-up. Perhaps this is wishful thinking...
