AudioBooks to either Palm Treo or iPod???

A friend has given me some AudioBooks on CD and I want to listen while I am in Mexico for 5 weeks.

How can I download them? And which will be easier????? I am really technologically impaires and I admit it, so I need suggestions and instructions.

If you have an ipod, do the following:

1. Put the cd in your computer
2. Open itunes
3. Import CD (should be button in upper right hand corner)
4. When it's done importing, plug your ipod into the computer
5. When the ipod says it's safe to disconnect, disconnect from computer.
6. Chapters should be in your ipod ready to go

If you have a treo, not an ipod, you need to make sure your treo can see the chapters, so you need to make sure you import the book in mp3 format, and you need an sd card to transfer the chapters to.

If you have a choice of books i just listened to The Lincoln Lawyer and quite enjoyed it.
