Located at - 1321 S Ocean Blvd
North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina

Are all the units timeshares?
Are some owner occupied?

How many units?

Are all the suites ocean front
or do some have street view?

Anyone stayed in a 2 bedroom condo?
Do the 2 bedroom units have washer/dryers?

Limited (garage) parking onsite
Is there a charge or do they offer Free Parking?

Anyone know the exact housekeeping fee?
This is what is posted on RCI under FEES
"Housekeeping fee for all RCI reservations:
There may be a 100.00 to 140.00
U.S. dollars for 2 Bedroom units, weekly.
Cash or Credit is accepted."

How much is the security deposit
at check-in? Any resort fees?
