The utilities used to be an itemized line, but it appears that this year it is just listed as part of the operating fee. So, don't worry, there isn't an additional utilities charge.

There is however, Aruban government taxes payable at check-out for all timeshare stays. This applies to all timeshare stays in Aruba, irrespective of whether you are using your home week, Marriott DP, renting a unit from another owner or staying on an exchange. For a 2BR, it's about $110 for the week.
