Anyone have experience with this Closing Company?

I received closing documents for a Marbrisa Contract 9600 EOY Odd. This is my first HGVC resale transaction and I want to make sure I perform all of my due diligence.

The closing company sent the estoppel and closing documents today. After review, I noticed that the allotted Points on the contract (9600 EOY Odd) Are NOT indicated on the estoppel. Additionally, I received an Addendum to the purchase contract stating that there are less points (7727 to be exact) available for the 2019 use year. Please advise if I should request the closing company to list on the estoppel the contracted points (9600 EOY Odd) and the available 2019 points (7727 points)???

Is this an oversight on the closing company? If so I am getting a little nervous about how much attention to detail and quality of care they provide with these transactions.

The closing company is Timeshare Closing Services, LLC. If you have any experiences to share with this closing company, I would welcome it.

I JUST finished a transaction with them on my first HGVC purchase. I found them to be very efficient -everything went very smoothly and quickly.

I just had a look at my estoppel and it lists the number of points on it, maybe yours doesn’t because Marbrisa is an affiliate?? (I’m not sure if it actually is -but it’s the first thought that popped into my head). I bought an HGVC in LV.

I would bring it up. When we purchased our MarBrisa, it indicated how many points and first year of usage.

I am currently in the middle of a deal with them, also with HGVC in Las Vegas at the Boulevard and have received my closing documents. Twice I have had questions and they responded instantly and appear to be highly organized and efficient, although we are not fully completed yet, but I would contact them directly for clarification and let them know you need a fully completed estoppel. I will give details on this when the deal is complete.

We are in the process of a resale purchase at Marbrisa, our estoppel lists the point allotment. I'd definitely make sure it was complete and in your sales contract. It also says that there is no ROFR.
