What are you hoping they can do for you? How did you become aware of them?

A few in S and VA, a single resort in NC, MD, PA, and UT, plus Jamaica and the Bahamas
No but my guess is they say they have a buyer for your timeshare. Your timeshare is likely located in Mexico. The price they are offering probably at 50-110% of what you paid not the 0-5% that is market value. They say there are no upfront fees and they will be paid from the commission. It's a scam and at some point there will be fee(s) that you will have to pay in order to continue with the deal, with the assurance that you will be paid back as the buyer is putting the money in escrow and as long as you pay another and another fee will pop up. And when you refuse to pay or pay any more, the whole deal including American Travel Consultants will disappear. It doesn't matter what the name of the company is. It's always a scam. Anyone who says they have worked with the company and been paid the agreed amount is a shill working for the company.

No one is lining up to find owners to pay them 50-110% of the retail cost of buying direct.

What we're saying, Albert, is that IF they called you, there is about a 99.9% chance that it's a scam. They will ask for money, the 'buyer' will disappear and they will evaporate with your money.

This scammer is out of a different mold but make no mistake, American Travel Consultants, LLC is still a scammer.

First thing I noticed is that the website is more polished than the typical scamming website. These crooks are not that smart to create unique websites. In fact, they literally stole the website from www.royaladventures.com. That legit website has been around since 1999. If you were wondering, American Travel Consultants website was created just a couple months ago in June 2018.

Another unique thing is that there is an American Travel Consultants, LLC in the state of Virginia that was formed July 2018. The address matches the address on the scammer’s website. It appears that the scammer created the LLC to provide some false comfort to victims.

Hopefully, outing American Travel Consultants, LLC as scammers will prove their “investment” in their scamming model will have been wasted.

Thanks for this information. I was just contacted by them with an offer that sounded to good to be true. Now I won't waste anymore time with them.

Congrats for being smart enough to research to save your self aggravation and money.

Read the complaints at the BBB as any one of those could have been you. No surprise too that the BBB received returned mail from the "company".
