WOW---so sorry, I have no idea what "...the snipping tool....." is

I will do so, but need HELP!!!
If you are using Microsoft OS, there should be a program called "snipping tool" -- it will allow you to take a screen shot / screen grab of one of your Word docs so we can actually see an image of one of the documents that you are having difficulty with. Look within your programs for something called "Snipping Tool". There are other methods of taking screen shots -- that would be fine, too!

The old school way is to "Alt+PrtScn". That will copy the image of the active window into the copy/paste buffer. You can then paste it into the drawing program. You can further edit it there by selecting just what you want to keep a select the "Crop" button. That will remove everything except the selected area. You will want to save it as a PNG format because M'soft drawing program really compresses the JPEG and there is considerable loss of fidelity.
