I am having problems with a transaction that I did with this company. Kind of expensive transaction, about $6500. He is not responding much and always there is an excuse. This is a VA beach contract, company is in Florida. Promised a quick e-filing deed recording, and that was 4 months ago. Now, there is just excuses via email (e-filing system not working, have to re-record the deed, away on vacation on an African Safari, staff members on a state mandated all-day training, etc. etc.). All Attempts to reach him via Phone have failed. Only response I get is via email.

Anyone had experience with this company?

Luckily, I paid with paypal (credit card), so I can get my money back if this slippery guy does not deliver on the timeshare.

Never purchased from them but their eBay profile was created back in 2000 and they have 686 feedback at 100%. They also claim to be a licensed broker.

Despite repeated requests to get a call back (I paid for this timeshare over $6K, way back in October), they have never returned my calls or tried to call me. I still do not have any recorded deed for this purchase. I have started a credit card dispute at this time. Avoid them at all cost.
