I am having problems with a transaction that I did with this company. Kind of expensive transaction, about $6500. He is not responding much and always there is an excuse. This is a VA beach contract, company is in Florida. Promised a quick e-filing deed recording, and that was 4 months ago. Now, there is just excuses via email (e-filing system not working, have to re-record the deed, away on vacation on an African Safari, staff members on a state mandated all-day training, etc. etc.). All Attempts to reach him via Phone have failed. Only response I get is via email.
