how much are the maintenance fees per year and sorry for the strange questions but how many points does it take to stay in one of their 2 bedrooms for a week, and is this a fixed week or can we go anytime throughout the year, thanks

MF's are paid monthly. This is enough points to stay in a 2 bedroom as long as you book early enough. Points are based on when you travel. If you are able to travel in the off set months you will get more from your points than the busy season. This is not a fixed week so you can use Wyndham points at other Wyndham resorts as well.

Myrtle Beach has several Wyndham properties ... which all SHARE ARP. Westwinds is mostly (or could be all) FIXED week ownership ... so no ARP on those converted fixed weeks EXCEPT the deeded week. My sister's inlaws owned there. The Cottages might be separate ARP.

Seawatch resort, the Cottages and Ocean Blvd (towers) are the points resorts. Most regulars prefer Seawatch ... but it takes less points then the Ocean Blvd ... which 8 or 9 years ago, had lower MFs. The Cottages (4 bedroom houses with a separate pool) ... might be a separate HOA.

Also, for ARP the fixed weeks unit Wyndham gets back at seemingly ALL the resorts ... goes into CWA. Might look for ARP for Westwinds there.

Even though Seawatch has slightly higher MF/K ratios that many others, owning in MB can be very helpful if you want to be at MB in the summer in a lower-point-but-still-ocean-view unit.
