2020 Maintenance Fees

I received a letter today regarding the Grand Desert Tower 2 2020 operating budget. The maintenance fee has increased 3.08%. $4.87 per thousand points, up from $4.73 in '19.
They did not provide a breakdown of Maintenance Fees, Reserve Fund and Property Tax.

It’s not always the same time. They have to wait for all the resorts to finalize their budgets and send the info to Wyndham. Budgets usually get approved in October. I’ve seen the assessments come out early November and others in December.

Somewhere along the line, I signed up for e-mail versus paper from Grand Desert. I received the budget e-mail on 11/8.

Interesting, tnx for posting. Anyone care to venture a guess why
the budgeted HK *revenue* is up 23%? Higher occupancy in general?
Increases in EH revenue over owner/guest HK fees? Vice-versa?

(I noticed vs 2019 forecast the 2020 budget is only up 7%; still
showing a discernible upward trend for 2ish years.)
