I have a warranty deed back in my hand from Orange Lakes
Sherry, this is the HGVC (Hilton) sub-forum, and Orange Lakes is not Hilton. Different TS company, potential different rules.
I think you posted the same concern in the Buying, Selling, Renting forum in a thread about deedbacks for Holiday Inn club - that looks like the right spot.

cbky - I would be interested to know HOW you managed to get warranty deed letter in the first place. I still owe on my HVGC TS.

My guess is that only those who don't have a balance outstanding on a loan will be offered the Deed in Lieu opportunity...
