The LLC itself is false. They used to list themselves as Pacific Transfer, LLC. As you can see by my other posts, that entity does not and has not existed. I see that they have now dropped LLC from their name on their website and now are simply Pacific Transfer.

In October 2009 they were premiervacationproperty on ebay and Global Resort Transfer Inc was the closing company. Marianne Arteaga, then with Global, did not respond to my emails. From other complaints on this site, it seems like this is normal. When I contacted the seller, she finally responded. The deed was finally filed 6 1/2 months later in April 2010. In July 2010, she sent me an email saying the closing was soon to take place, the resort still hadn't received all my information.

It took a very long time to complete but I did get the property I wanted, the deed was correct, and the price was right. Luckily, the resort had banked the week internally that I thought I would lose because of the slow transfer.

Pacific Transfer

Pacific Transfer has an office in Torrance, CA. I WOULD RECOMMEND to go to a reputable company. My father wanted to sell his Time Shares and their representative said these particular Time Shares could not be sold or rented to 3rd Parties and also his heirs (children) would become financially responsible. Their information is completely FALSE as I found out that we can sell and rent to a 3rd Party. Pacific Transfer induced this elderly man and he sent them over $6,000. Fortunately I intervened before he signed any agreements or Grant Deed. In a two week period, I have placed 5 calls to Pacific Transfer and sent letters registered mail and yet to get a phone call. I have now made a Police report and detectives are investigating.

avoid pacific transfer

Avoid doing business with Pacific Transfer.. who could now be In Less closings. On Ebay the sellers lucky987 and selltimeshare both used this so called closing agencies to handle timeshare transfers. After Aug/Sep 2013, any purchases using these entities has been sketchy at best.

I just closed a purchase I made through eBay with Pacific. Very hard to get a hold of, but they fully completed the transaction. Total time from eBay purchase to points being in my Wyndham account was about six weeks. Again, very hard to get a hold of, but other than that, they handled the transaction pretty smoothly.
