So I am in the process of securing two more timeshares. I really only can do so much vacationing so I am going to attempt to give up 2 weeks to do so.
Both units are free and clear.
1) Westgate Vacation Villas
2bedroom unit Fixed week 15 which falls during Spring Break time always and Easter every few years.
Stayed several times and also exchanged through II for Maui, Key West, Europe, etc. I also exchanged once through RCI when it fell on Easter as they gave me 60 TPU that year.
2019 MF were 949.67
First Usage - 2020
Cost 0.00 and I will pay the 2020 MF and closing and transfer costs for you so you get a year free
2) The Manhattan Club in NYC EOY Even
Executive Junior Suite 1 Bed 1 Bath sleeps 4. Floats weeks 1-50. You get 7 nights which can be broken up into any combination of days (4 and 3, 5 and 2, etc.) with one Saturday includeded in the 7.
2018 MF were 2176.82. Next MF due Dec 31, 2019.
First usage 2020
Cost to you is 0.00. I will pay transfer and closing costs.
