1st E plus user - confirmed for 12/21/19

I have a confirmation for a studio for Marriott desert springs villas II and purchased e plus. I have 3 trades to use. I would like to try to upgrade to a 1 bedroom. Do I just hit retrade and see what’s out there ? I don’t want to lose this reservation. We are staying 12/21/19-12/28/19. Thanks for any help. It’s my first time using the exchange and then using e plus.
Not sure if it matters. The unit I owned is a studio side of a 2 bed lockoff at the Westin princeville Kauai

Yes, this is the correct way to search using eplus, and no, you won’t lose the current exchange. I search all the time using my eplus. When you find a suitable exchange, just follow the prompts to complete the first, second or final retrade.

Pushing retrade doesn't do anymore than that first search button when searching with an exchange. You have to go through several pages and it will warn you when you get to the page that says if you press confirm here you are releasing your current exchange and confirming the new one.
