still...they claim it's over 12,000 points every other year...1 fixed ski week and one floating.

That would pass?

I should've bid more!

Actually, that unit is a 1 bedroom unit (you can call the resort direct). It is not a 7000 point unit as advertised. Buyer must beware when buying from a non-licensed "brokerage" company.

I did research that unit...but I never trusted the seller after all the research I did...they were using `Timeshare Rescue` closing ....

Actually its 2 one unit weeks ,one fixed (week 2 ) and one floating @ 6200 points each ... or 12400 EOY ...still a great deal...

IF and only IF the eBay seller was on the up and up...and that doubt stopped me from bidding on it...

I hope the buyer will post here if the deal goes through and prove these doubts wrong...

I bought this timeshare

The deal is now complete. The seller did require payment of 2009 fees but we did get the 6200 points that we rescued by year end. The unit is a one bedroom plus.

The seller on ebay was a broker that is now out of business. The actual owner and I had to complete the transaction ourselves with the exception of the deed which was done by Timeshare rescue. The owner and I did all of the HGVC work ourselves. I wound up having to pay the $299 transfer fee a second time, but am quite happy with the deal overall.

One bedroom plus - fixed week #2 and 6200 points eoy.
