In HGV's August earnings call they said completion of work estimated in late 2019 and sales to start in first quarter of 2020. Just FYI, this location is apparently slated to be a By Hilton Club location, not a regular HGVC, so I assume it will be the short reservation window for regular HGVC members.

We stopped in there last week when we were in CABO. It is still under renovation and will be ready sometime in 2020. There is no sales desk open. The location is a long way from anything, and the resort feel is more adult upscale with a people sleeping on loungers. The beach appears decent although we know the sand in that area is not very nice to walk on. There is a bit of a cove with a small roped off swimming area just off to the side of the resort. It seems quite upscale, but we will not pursue it because of the location. We stayed at FA for part of our trip and it has a lot more activity and life and the rooms are very nice, but of course it is going to mandatory All-Inclusive in 2020 for HGVC members, so will not be of interest to us either.
