I am looking at trying to rent out a week. I currently have "3" guest reservations. What do I do, book it in "MY NAME"...then when I finally rent it out, change the name on the reservation to the renter?? (is that something I do online or by calling if that is how it works?) I'm unsure how that works. Thanks! Bob

Yes, book in your name first then you can add the guest name to the reservation at any time online by going to my reservations, then view, select the correct reservation and modify it. Just be sure you don’t hit the cancel button by mistake. If you do, it will give you an “oops” are you sure confirmation box, but just be careful. I would wait until you are very sure of your guest (no chance they’re going to back out) so you don’t waste a free guest certificate.

Also, make sure they pay in full before putting it in their name. Let them know there are no refunds once it’s in their name.

You can change the name online. If you open the reservation, you will see a MODIFY Reservation, from there you can select New Guest and add the info.

Easier than calling.....
